Can I try it before committing?

Yes! The Starter plan is completely free. Professional and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

What happens when I hit my assessment limit?

On the Starter plan, you'll see a prompt to upgrade when you reach 10 assessments in a month. Your existing data is never deleted. You can upgrade at any time to continue.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only pay the prorated difference.

Is my data HIPAA compliant?

Our Enterprise plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and dedicated AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. For all plans, we follow security best practices including encrypted passwords, audit logging, and role-based access.

Do you support multi-state assessments?

Currently we support Maryland's Form 4506 (COMAR 10.07.14). We're building a state mapping engine that will support other states' assessment forms. Contact us if you need a specific state.

How do I get support?

Starter plans get email support. Professional plans get priority email support. Business and Enterprise plans include onboarding assistance and a dedicated account manager.
